The O'Donnel Brothers perform a night of Simon & Garfunkel. One amazing show performed over two nights - Friday 28th July and Saturday 29th July. Tickets $22. Doors open 8pm. This is a 15+ event.
The O’Donnell Brothers duo rode their BMX bikes and hitch hiked their way around the boundaries and geographical surrounds of the Bega Valley as young boys. They honed their vocal and guitar skills to the sounds of Simon & Garfunkel on an old funky cassette player bought from Howard’s record store in Carp Street.
Moving to Sydney in the 1990’s after recording their debut album “Endless Thinking”, Pat and Andy became one of the city’s most prolific live acts working a solid 300 shows a year between 1993-1997.
Another studio album “Neptune’s Horses” saw the brothers touring and performing across the country building a solid fan base with their live antics and showmanship.
The brothers are returning to Club Sapphire to perform an intimate concert of Simon & Garfunkel favourites featuring many of the famous duo’s set list from the Concert in Central Park live album. It was this very album that inspired the O’Donnell Brothers to play and sing.
“Sounds of Simon & Garfunkel” a stunning tribute featuring songs: Sound of Silence - Bridge Over Troubled Water - The Boxer - Feeling Groovy - Cecelia - At the Zoo - Homeward Bound and many more.
Tickets available at Club Sapphire reception.
